The Bystander began as an experiment to promote writing in March 2022, created by Raghavendra Mithare (Raghav/Ragz). Currently, he is repurposing this site to support people in need, serve as a repository for his creative content, and promote his executive coaching practice. This pivot came about after he faced redundancy from a high-paying corporate job as a director with a global wealth management company in London.
